I guess Kanye didn’t have a problem with selling the same beat to 2 different artist. I mean I don’t think too many producers would if the MC who wanted it was Jay. Anyways here’s the same song in which Chicago artist Payroll says Kanye even jacked his hook. You tell me what you think. I think Payroll should file some paperwork and get a nice check since Forbes Magazine claimed Kanye brought in a cool 30 million this past year.
